Agape Care Network connects and partners employers with their employees to collectively support an employee thru a financial hardship as a result of a sudden major emergency. Agape Care Network also supports other designated charities and causes aligned with the company's mission and values thru the corporate-sponsored matching charitable giving programs.

Employer Steps

Match Policy

Employers define the employee match percentage and annual donation ceiling policies that the company wants to encourage.

Donation Frequency

Establish giving frequencies based on one-off donations or reoccurring payroll deductions that are company specific.  Then connect to the Agape Care Network.

Grant Policies

Define the grant policies for family hardship qualifications. Also, define local schools and non-profits that align with employer’s corporate values and if the company wants to support other local hardship grants request within the community.

And don’t forget to do good and to share with those in need.

Employee Steps

Donations

Employees establish donation cadence and amounts that fit giving levels they are comfortable with.

Recommend Charity

Employee submits a school or charitable organization for grant consideration. A review is conducted to ensure the request aligns with the employer’s core values.

Qualifying Event

Employee completes a grant request form defining the hardship and impact or a desired charitable organization need. Once the request is approved based on the employer guidelines, grants are provided directly to the family or organization.
